If you would like to permanently delete your RentGoX account and associated data,
you can request account deletion by contacting us.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to supportrentgox@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Delete My RentGoX Account.
- Include your registered mobile number or Google account email used with RentGoX.
- Our support team will verify your request and process it.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your RentGoX account.
- Your profile information.
- Your property listings.
- Your uploaded property images.
- Your saved preferences associated with your account.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable
law, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our legal obligations.
